Of course we want you to love our products. But if you don’t like a product that much, we’ll make it as easy as possible for you to return it and exchange it
You want to return a product?
Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and should show no signs of wear. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with returns. Returns remain the responsibility of our customer until we receive them – so it is recommended that you send a trackable package. The statutory right of withdrawal is not restricted by this and of course remains in force
Returns will be refunded to the account that was originally used to pay. If the payment was made with a credit/debit card or via Klarna, it may take some time to complete the transaction with your bank. Depending on the banking company, this can take up to 7 working days.
Fill out the returns form below or included in your package. Pack your product securely in a package – ideally the original packaging, so that it arrives safely – and close it carefully.
